We ship hundreds of orders from our facilities each day. One of our top priorities is to ensure that each order is shipped complete. In rare cases there may be items missing from your shipment or you received the wrong item.
1 or more of the items that you ordered have been discontinued by the manufacturer. This may occur with seasonal items that are only produced during a limited period of time during the year such as holiday decor or costumes. If the item(s) on your order are discontinued your order will be cancelled and a refund will be issued to your method of payment. It will take 3-5 business days to see the refund reflected in your account. In the meantime, you will receive a notification from us via email. Please check your email for those notifications. If you have a gmail account, we also encourage you to check your spam/junk folder for communication.

Some of the items we sell are shipped to you directly from the manufacturer and items may ship at different times or with different carriers. Check your order status to see if you have any items that are shipping with a different carrier or items that have not yet shipped but will still be in time for your event. You can easily check you order status here.
If you received the wrong item, please snap a quick photograph of the item you received and complete our simple contact form. We will have the correct item shipped to you and provide you with a new order number.
Do not return or refuse the order. We do not want you to have to pay for shipping! Once your contact form is submitted we will provide you direction or a pre-paid return label.
