What do I do if my package arrives damaged or defective?
We work diligently to ensure that your order is free of any manufacturer defects and is packaged appropriately for shipment.
In the event that your item arrives with damages or manufacturer defects just snap a photograph of the item(s) and the packaging and complete or simple contact form and we will have the item(s) replaced.
Once received we will provide you with your replacement order number for the defective or damaged items.
If the replacements will not make it in time for your event, just indicate that you would like a refund for the items and you will receive confirmation within 1-2 business days. Please be aware that it does take 3-5 business days for the refund to appear in your account.
Do not return or refuse the damaged or defective items. We do not want you paying for shipping! Once your contact form is received we will give you direction on what to do with the product or provide you with a pre-paid return shipping label.
