How Will I Know When My Order Ships?
When Tracking Is Sent
Tracking information will be provided to you within 1 business day of shipment to the email address provided when your order was placed. Please be aware that tracking is typically sent in the evening. So, do not panic if you do not receive tracking the day after your order was placed. You will most likely receive it later that evening.
You will receive a tracking number via email that will either be for USPS, UPS or FedEx (unless you have a bulk order). The shipping confirmation email that you receive will indicate the carrier and give you a link to track your order on the carrier's website. Otherwise, you may just enter the tracking number in your Google search engine and Google will display the information for you.
In Transit Shipments
You will see tracking events on the carrier's website. In most cases, tracking events will appear on the carrier's website within 24 hours of the shipment. If you do not see any events now, just wait until tomorrow and you will be able to see the updates. Expedited shipment events should be available within a few hours of shipment.
In the rare case that you do not see movement on your order for a couple of days, it may be possible that your order has been delayed or lost by the carrier. Contact us immediately for a status update or replacement.
