Why Has My Order Not Shipped?
Most orders ship the same day when the order is placed by 2:00 pm EDT. Tracking information will be provided to you within 1 business day of shipment.
Some items may take a little longer to ship but will still be delivered within the time-frames indicated to you in the shipping calculator on the product page. You can easily check you order status here.
Please note it may take a few hours for your order to be available on our online tracking system. This system updates nightly at 8 PM Eastern. It is the same information available to customer service.
Out Of Stock
In some cases, 1 or more of your items may not be in stock and your order will ship when the out of stock item(s) arrive. You can check the product page to confirm whether what you ordered is in stock.
We may have an item in stock, but only have a certain quantity currently available. For example, if we have 10 of an item and you place your order for 15, your order will ship when the remaining 5 become available.
You are welcome to remove the out of stock items or substitute for something that is in stock and will ship as soon as possible.
In rare cases, 1 or more of the items that you ordered may have been discontinued by the manufacturer. This may occur with seasonal items that are only produced during a limited period of time during the year such as holiday decor or costumes. If the item(s) on your order are discontinued your order will be cancelled and a refund will be issued to your method of payment. It will take 3-5 business days to see the refunded reflected in your account. In the meantime, you will receive a notification from us via email. Please check your email for those notifications.
